We've distilled the most important things we know about wellbeing, change and motivation then wrapped them up into a neat 28 day program to be accessible wherever you are - all you need is a laptop and an open mind.

Jan 11

Receive your welcome email with access to a participant only online portal and your 28 Day Reset Workbook.

Jan 18

7-8pm AEDT Group Zoom Kick Off call with your coach, Tom Vujevic. This session will be recorded and available on replay.

​

​

Jan 20

You will have performed a wellbeing questionnaire, set your wellbeing vision and 1-2 wellbeing goals to achieve in 28 days.

​

​

Jan 24

You'll have submitted 3 weekly 'mini-SMART actions'.  That's one each for the next 3 weeks.

​

​

Jan 25 - Feb 14

Self directed learning: workbook, online portal and weekly goals at your own pace.  Your coach Tom will keep you accountable throughout including your 15min 1:1 with Tom at a time of your choice.

Feb 15

7-8pm AEDT Group Zoom Official program close.

 

​

March 14

Access to the online portal closes.

​

​

​

Meet the coach

Clarity Fitness Shoot Tracey Scanlan NEF

The 28 Day Reset program will be run by Clarity Fitness and Wellbeing Director and Trainer Tom “Tommy” Vujevic.  

 

A Level 3 Registered Fitness Professional with Fitness Australia with over 15 years’ experience and a knack for balancing hard work with gratitude and self-compassion.

​

Tom is passionate about partnering with clients, empowering them to develop new patterns of behaviour through a wholistic approach. With a keen interest in wellbeing, Tommy a qualified Level 3 Wellness Coach through Wellness Coaching Australia, is excited to guide every participant through the program.
